📋 INGREDIENTS:
To prepare Kefir, submerge Kefir grains in good quality milk.
For every 1 tablespoon of Kefir grains, you can use 2 cups of milk, but there isn't an exact measurement.
Wait 12 to 72 hours, depending on your preference.
One cup of Kefir can have 138 to 161 calories, 10 to 7g of carbohydrates, 7 to 9g of fats, and 8 to 9g of protein, depending on how long you let it ferment.
