This fermented oat recipe is probiotic and super healthy. It has no sugar, no milk (lactose), no flour (gluten-free), and doesn't need any external additives. It's 100% natural and has a yogurt-like consistency. It will bring probiotic benefits to your healthy diet, being great for immunity, fighting constipation, and reducing inflammation in the body.
