Ingredients
1 1/2 cups heavy cream 35%
3/4 cup cherry pie filling
8 oz light cream cheese 1 package
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
6-8 graham crackers
Instructions
With an electric or stand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Place cherry pie filling in a blender and blend until smooth.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture carefully — you don’t want to deflate the cream!
Place graham crackers in a sip top bag and roughly crush.
Add half of cherry pie filling and graham cracker crumbs to ice cream base and swirl gently.
Pour half of your ice cream base into a 9×5″ loaf pan. Drizzle with some of the remaining cherry pie filling and graham cracker crumbs and swirl. Pour remaining cream mixture on top. Drizzle with remaining cherry pie filling and graham cracker crumbs and swirl again.
Freeze until desired firmness — about 6-8 hours.
