Passing Square to Break Lines

Phase 1 - The player on the white marker passes the ball to the player on the red marker on the left of the exercise. This player then passes the ball across the exercise on the next red marker, who sets the ball softly back to the player who passed them the ball. The player then passes the ball on the outside of the mannequins to the player on the blue marker. This player passes directly across the exercise to the player on the next blue marker, the player then dribbles towards the coach, plays a short 1-2 and then passes the ball into the mini-goal. Complete the exercise in both directions before moving to the next progression.

Phase 2 - The player on the white marker passes the ball to the player on the red marker on the left of the exercise. This player then passes the ball across the exercise on the next red marker, who sets the ball firmly back to the player who passed them the ball. The player then passes the ball between the mannequins to the player on the blue marker. This player passes directly across the exercise to the player on the next blue marker, the player then dribbles towards the mini-goal before finishing. Complete the exercise in both directions before moving to the next progression.

Phase 3 -The player on the white marker passes the ball to the player on the red marker on the left of the exercise. This player then passes the ball across the exercise on the next red marker who turns and passes directly to the player on the blue marker. This player passes the ball to the coach, who then plays the ball into space for the player to accelerate onto. When the player reaches the ball, they finish first time into the mini-goal. Complete the exercise in both directions.
