Phase 1 - The player on the white marker passes to the player on the first mannequin who plays quickly and in one touch to the player on the red marker. This player then dribbles the ball through the blue poles and passes to the player on the white marker. This player repeats the first action, passing to the player on the mannequin, around the corner in one touch and to the final player. The final player dribbles the ball through the blue poles, then passes into the mini-goal. Complete the exercise in both directions.

Phase 2 - The player on the white marker passes to the player on the first mannequin who plays quickly and in one touch to the player on the red marker. This player then dribbles the ball and plays a 1-2 with the player on the second mannequin, then passing the ball to the player on the white marker. This player repeats the first action, passing to the player on the mannequin, around the corner in one touch and to the final player. The final player dribbles the ball through the blue poles, then passes into the mini-goal. Complete the exercise in both directions.
