यह कहानी है Pushpendra Kumar की, जो एक मैकेनिक के सबसे छोटे बेटे थे और जिन्होंने बहुत कम उम्र में तय कर लिया था कि उन्हें वही ज़िंदगी नहीं जीनी जो उन्होंने अपने पिता और भाइयों को जीते देखा। यूपी के छोटे से शहर टुंडला से शुरू हुई यह यात्रा आसान नहीं थी। पिता की हार्ट बीमारी के दौरान 10वीं में ही अस्पताल में वार्ड बॉय की नौकरी करनी पड़ी। पढ़ाई और जिम्मेदारियों के बीच संघर्ष चलता रहा, लेकिन 12वीं में 70% नंबर आने के बाद भी जब पिता नाराज़ हुए तो Pushpendra ने ₹1000 लेकर घर छोड़ दिया और नोएडा आ गए।

पहली नौकरी ₹6000 की थी, 15–16 घंटे काम करके एक साल में ₹1.2 लाख बचाए और PCO बिज़नेस शुरू किया, जो टेक्नोलॉजी बदलने के साथ बंद हो गया। इसके बाद मुंबई पहुँचे, जहाँ न नौकरी थी, न घर और न ही पैसे। कई रातें जू चौपाटी पर गुज़रीं। वहीं से कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर सेल्स की नौकरी मिली और ज़िंदगी ने करवट ली।

बैंकिंग सेक्टर में काम करते हुए उन्होंने कम्युनिकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी को समझा और अपनी कंपनी शुरू की। रास्ते में ₹5 करोड़ का कर्ज़, पार्टनर का साथ छोड़ना, कानूनी केस और मानसिक टूटन तक आई। 2017 में पत्नी के सहारे उन्होंने फिर से शुरुआत की और आज उनकी कंपनी Equence Technologies Pvt Ltd का टर्नओवर 100 करोड़ से ज़्यादा और वैल्यूएशन 300 करोड़+ है। यह कहानी साबित करती है कि डर के आगे जीत तभी है जब आप कदम उठाते हो।

This is the story of Pushpendra Kumar, the youngest son of a mechanic, who decided at a very young age that he did not want to live the same life he had seen his father and brothers live. His journey began in Tundla, a small town in Uttar Pradesh, and it was far from easy. While he was in Class 10, his father suffered from a heart illness, forcing Pushpendra to work as a hospital ward boy at an early age. He struggled to balance studies with responsibilities, and even after scoring 70 percent in Class 12, his father was unhappy. Hurt and determined, Pushpendra left home with just ₹1000 and came to Noida.

His first job paid ₹6000 a month. Working 15 to 16 hours a day, he saved ₹1.2 lakh in a year and started a PCO business, which eventually shut down as technology changed. After that, he moved to Mumbai with no job, no home, and no money. He spent several nights sleeping at Juhu Chowpatty before finally getting a job in computer hardware sales, which became a turning point in his life.

While working in the banking sector, he understood the power of communication technology and decided to start his own company. The journey was filled with hardships, including ₹5 crore in debt, a partner walking away, legal battles, and severe mental stress. In 2017, with the support of his wife, he started again from scratch. Today, his company Equence Technologies Pvt Ltd has a turnover of over ₹100 crore and a valuation of more than ₹300 crore. His story proves that victory begins the moment you choose courage over fear.
