350 gram meat
150g lentils
200g hammas
2 onions
4 large spoons of coriander
5 large spoons of celery
a pinch of turmeric
1 small spoon of ginger
1 small spoon of pepper
pinch of salt
piece of cinnamon
small spoon of smen
6 large tomatoes
2 large spoons of tomato paste
1.5 large spoonful of oil
4 large tablespoons of flour
60g vermicelli
