秩父市の住宅街 下影森に40年前から店舗を構える今井屋。
羊山公園の芝桜が開催中の際は露天商として販売、そのほかの季節は店舗のみで販売。
90歳で現役の「やい子ばあちゃん」が作る焼きそばと味噌ポテトは絶品。
どこか懐かしい気分にさせてくれるお店です。
Imai-ya has had a store in Shimoakemori, a residential area of Chichibu City, for 40 years.
Imai-ya is a street vendor during the moss blossom season in Yotsuyama Park, but during other seasons, it is sold only at the store.
The yakisoba noodles and miso potatoes made by 90-year-old "Grandma YAIKO," who is still working, are excellent.
