I'm usually not a fan of quinoa but this recipe has quickly become one of my favorites! These anti-inflammatory lunch and smoothie recipes are delicious, flavorful and a great way to nourish your crown from the inside out. Ingredients listed below!

Crunchy Broccoli Salad (Makes approximately 3-4 servings)
6-8 cups broccoli crowns
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries (no sugar)
4 scallions, white and green parts thinly sliced
2/3 cup sliced, toasted walnuts
1 cup quinoa, cooked
Kosher salt
Black Pepper
Any additional spices that you like

Strawberry Kiwi Cucumber Smoothie
2 cups spinach
½ cup cucumber
1 cup strawberries
½ cup kiwi
1/2 banana
1 tbsp flax and chia seeds
Optional: 1 serving of collagen (not mentioned in video)
