A blush of berry tints the rim,A stream of matcha gently flows in.Milk drizzles down in quiet grace,A silent warmth fills up the space.It tastes like a quiet kind of spring,Not loud—just right. Soft and light.
📝做法:
1. 将3克抹茶粉过筛,加入30克偏热的温水(约60°C),用茶筅打匀备用。
2. 100克淡奶油,加入刚刚打好的抹茶液和15克炼乳,轻轻打发至浓稠但仍可流动的状态,作为抹茶奶盖。
3. 杯中加入约50克自制的低糖草莓果酱,可以随意挂个壁。加满冰块后,倒入牛奶至杯子的七分满。
4. 轻轻铺上抹茶奶盖,表面撒一层薄薄的抹茶粉,再加一些冻干草莓粒做装饰。
5. 饮用前搅拌均匀,享受草莓、奶香与抹茶融合的美好滋味吧!
📝Method:
1. Sift 3g of matcha powder and mix it with 30g of warm water (around 60°C). Whisk well with a chasen until smooth.
2. Combine 100g heavy cream, the prepared matcha mixture, and 15g condensed milk. Lightly whip until thickened but still pourable — this will be your matcha cream.
3. Add about 50g of homemade low-sugar strawberry jam to a glass, swirling it along the sides to create a marbled effect. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in milk until it's about 70% full.
4. Pour in the matcha cream over the top. Dust with a thin layer of matcha powder and garnish with freeze-dried strawberry bits.
5. Stir gently before drinking and enjoy the fruity, creamy, and earthy harmony in every sip.
