Hi everyone, here's our third video collaboration with the STEP crew! :)

Our Story is about showing the world our craft and how various art forms are able to cohere together. Each has the heart, discipline and dedication to create something substanstial; Something more than just a sideline recreational activity / CCA that we do in our free time. It's far from perfection, but art forms never are.. We just do our best to continually better ourselves and push our boundaries. This video is merely a glimpse of each art form in its own.

If you're into Singapore's local movie scene, you probably would have heard of STEP Crew's involvement in the recent Jack Neo Movie "The Lion Men". While the movie itself centres around lion dancing; you might have noticed the various performing art elements that were showcased. So, this video is dedicated to all the talents that sweat it out in the background to help create the final picture magic on screen. Presenting our dancers, colour guards and cheerleaders in Singapore's prime and iconic metropolitan area; The STEP Crew in its full force!


Personal note:
Shooting this video has been a quite an eye opener and a superb experience for me. It's by far the largest scale and longest shoot I've done. I wished I could've gotten more footage for the final scene, but 23 people performing high energy routine under the blazing sun really drains your stamina. It's also my first shoot where we had to take emergency cover and wait out the sudden pouring on the sunny Sunday afternoon. XD

Lastly, We want to thank Director Jack Neo, the cast and crew of the Lion Men for the wonderful experience! and Bunz, for making his way down to appear in our shoot. Unfortunately, the dancers were really burnt out by then and we had to call it a wrap.! We know how tiring and hectic your schedule currently is, so we just want you to know that we really appreciate it!
