In this acro yoga beginner tutorial, we will show you how to do foot-to-hand and reverse bird. We'll be breaking it down into 3 different sections. First, we will teach you how to enter into foot-to-hand. Next, we will teach you how to enter into reverse bird. Lastly we'll be teaching you how to go from foot-to-hand into reverse bird.

This acro yoga beginner tutorial will teach you how to do foot-to-hand. To do so, the base taps the flyer's foot and she raises it. The base places his hand on the flyer's foot with his index finger on her heel. She places her foot back onto the ground and the same is repeated for the other foot.
