A landlord in Hamstead, one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in London, has rented out his property without a problem for 12 years. All that changed with his latest antisocial and aggressive tenant, who refuses to pay rent.

In the heart of Liverpool, two Ghanaian ministers leased an empty 18th century church to launch a ministry and community centre. After squatters took over the building, they called in eviction lawyer Chris Sharpe to help with the unusual case.

Letting agent Paul Ainsworth-Lord’s manages over 800 properties in Darwen on behalf of local landlords. One landlord is owed over £5,000 in rent and the tenant refuses to communicate, so he’s desperate to get her out.
