اسمش حلوای هویج ولی اصلا مزه ی هویج نمیده ولی خاصیت هویج رو داره و مناسب ماسوره زدنه بیا تا با هم درستش کنیم🥕

هویج ۵۰۰گرم
آرد ۱۴۰گرم
شکر ۲۴۰گرم
گلاب ۱۴۰گرم یا یک سوم پیمانه
پودرهل به مقدار لازم
زعفران به مقدار لازم
کره ۹۰گرم
روغن ۶۰گرم

هویج هارو خرد میکنیم و میزاریم با آب یا شیر بپزن

آرد رو داخل تابه الک می کنیم و روی حرارت ملایم تفت میدیم تا بوی خامی آرد گرفته بشه ولی رنگ آرد عوض نشه

سپس آرد رو دوباره از الک رد میکنیم و کنار میزاریم

هویج های پخته شده ، شکر ، گلاب ، پودر هل و زعفران رو داخل مخلوط کن میریزیم تا کاملا یکدست بشن

آرد را روی حرارت قرار میدیم و کره و روغن رو بهش اضافه میکنیم تا کمی تفت بخوره ولی تغییر رنگ نده

در آخر مخلوط هویج رو اضافه میکنیم و گاز رو خاموش میکنیم و هم میزنیم تا حلوا یکدست بشه

این حلوا ، حلوای نرم و لطیف و چسبنده ای هست مناسب برای ماسوره زدن من به شکل حصیر باف ماسوره زدم

Ingredients:

Carrots – 500 g

Flour – 140 g

Sugar – 240 g

Rosewater – 140 g

Cardamom powder – as needed

Saffron – as needed

Butter – 90 g

Oil – 60 g

Instructions:

1. Chop the carrots and cook them with water or milk until soft.


2. Sift the flour into a pan and toast it over low heat until the raw smell disappears, but make sure the color does not change.


3. Sift the flour again and set aside.


4. Blend the cooked carrots with sugar, rosewater, cardamom powder, and saffron until smooth.


5. Return the flour to the pan, add butter and oil, and sauté gently without changing the color.


6. Finally, add the carrot mixture, turn off the heat, and stir well until you get a smooth, uniform halva.



This halva turns out soft, delicate, and slightly sticky – perfect for piping! I piped mine in a basket-weave pattern, but you can shape it however you like.
