2 Cups of Palm oil
10 -12 Cocoyam Leaves(cut into wrapping sizes)
Some Smoked fish and Beef(any protein of your choice)
2 tsp Cameroon Pepper
1 tsp Blackpepper
1 tsp Contry Onions
¼ Cup Crayfish
3 Maggi Cubes
4 tsp Salt (2tsp for the grated Cocoyam paste and 2tsp to cook Ekwang with)
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
Half Onions
