Getting started with APRS on Linux with YAAC - Yet Another APRS Client

Wanted to cover using and installing an APRS client on both Windows and Linux, so here we are. YAAC (Yet Another APRS Client) is a multi platform APRS client that can run on many versions of linux like Debian and Ubuntu, as well as a raspberry pi.
