How to Stretch Natural Hair without Heat Using African Threading
My hair was dry and went to shrink level 100, I needed to stretch my hair but didn't want to co-wash again and detangle so I decided to do African threading. It is a great heat free way to get a blowout and to stretch natural hair.
The first threading session took one hour and a half and the second session was a lot faster since I had gotten the hang of it, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Also, I had the fits threading in for one day and the seconds for about 12 hours.
If you want to see great hair growth, length retention, or if you have short or long hair, or your hair type os 4a, 4b or 4c, African threading will work great for your hair.
You can use sewing thread or yarn to achieve the African threading look! However, threads used for weaves will be the best and least damaging to your hair.
