Example:
Movement 1 = Push Ups
Movement 2 = Sit Ups
Movement 3 = Burpees
1 Circuit or round = 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest for movements 1,2 and 3 = 3 minutes. Repeat 7 more times. Total 24 minutes
