Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.
Ingredients
3 medium sized egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream(cold)
250g mascarpone cheese(room temperature)
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2tsp instant coffee
1/2 cup water
2 packs of lady fingers( depends on the tray size)
Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
