Non-stop views of the San Gabriel Mountains and beyond! A moderate to strenuous 8.5-mile (round-trip), 2,000+-foot climb that tops out at 5,558'. The route climbs above Colby Canyon and after about three miles, joins a fire road for the rest of hike to the summit where you’ll be able to see almost the entire mountain range. Best hiked anytime of the year, however, the trail is exposed most of the way and could get pretty hot in the summer.
