This is part one of a series on aging Buffalo Trace White Dog wheated mash in a 2 liter mini barrel. Buffalo Trace has three types of White Dog raw distilled product - Mash #1 which is primarily corn based, Wheated Mash with corn, wheat and Barley and Rye Mash which is rye based.
