In this lecture of Rehmat‑ul‑Lil‑Alameen, we discuss the conduct of Banu Qainuqa and the unmatched patience, wisdom, and justice of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Despite repeated insults, provocations, and immoral actions, the Muslims took no action against Banu Qainuqa. The Prophet ﷺ tolerated their behavior, hoping they would correct themselves.

When their actions crossed all limits, the Prophet ﷺ personally went to the market of Banu Qainuqa, gathered them, and delivered a clear warning—inviting them to accept Islam before facing consequences like Quraysh.

Muslims’ Initial Patience

Up to this point, Muslims had taken no action against Banu Qainuqa.
They tolerated their misconduct with patience, hoping they would stop on their own.

🔸 Continuous Provocations

Despite Muslim restraint:

Their indecent behavior increased

Mockery and hostility crossed limits

Peaceful coexistence was deliberately damaged

🔸 Prophetic Wisdom & Mercy

Even then, the Prophet ﷺ:

Did not issue immediate punishment

Avoided emotional or reactionary decisions

Demonstrated justice, patience, and foresight

🔸 Prophet ﷺ Goes Personally

The Prophet ﷺ himself went to the market of Banu Qainuqa, gathered them, and addressed them directly—showing leadership, courage, and clarity.

🔸 Final Warning

The Prophet ﷺ advised them:

Accept Islam sincerely

Do not repeat the fate of Quraysh

Do not underestimate the truth

This warning was firm, just, and full of mercy, leaving no excuse.
