【工业与组织心理学】心理学入门 | 团队内的人际关系为什么这么重要？

心理学分支：
上个星期我们讨论了工业与组织心理学是什么，以及这个领域主要是干什么的。今天我们把重点放在工业与组织心理学中‘组织’的这个词上。上个星期我们也说了，心理学家的其中一个工作就是化解组织中成员的矛盾，那么在这之前，他们一定要非常了解组织的结构，以及组织内的心理学现象，这样才能够更加理解组织内发生的事情，以及更好地做出干预去解决问题。
