Following on from the previous video, Dan will show you how to fine-tune the balance of your espressos using extraction techniques only possible on the Slayer Espresso called 'Extended Pre-Brew' and ‘Bump'. These techniques give you unparalleled control over the balance of the shots, allowing you to tweak the acidity and sweetness of your shots in the finest detail.

Once the shots are balanced, Dan will show you two final methods that allow you to refine the clarity and intensity of your shots.
