Hello and welcome back to Bapama’s Kitchen—today features a traditional, Instant Dosa made with maida, rice flour, and bulgur wheat (maida rava) for a light, lacy batter and crisp edges.
It’s seasoned with a vibrant green chilli–ginger churan and finished with a classic South Indian tempering of crackling mustard seeds and fragrant curry leaves, then served hot with generous ghee.
INGREDIENTS:
200 Grams Maida
100 Grams Rice Flour
50 Grams Rava
FOR SEASONING:
2 Green Chilies
1 Piece Ginger
Salt to Taste
FOR TEMPERING:
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
