Mango Pavlova | How to Make Pavlova | Easy Dessert

Soft and Pillowy soft like marshmallows Pavlova and topped with cream and fresh Mango! I absolutely love this dessert and it’s so easy to make! Foolproof! Not only this dessert is delicious it looked absolutely gorgeous in the dining table! Show stopper 😍

Mango Pavlova

Ingredients:

Egg whites from large eggs 6 each
Sugar (1 1/4 cup)
Cornstarch 14g (2 Tblspn)
White Vinegar 5g (1 1/2 tspn )
Salt 1/4 tspn
Vanilla 9g (1 Tblspn)

Toppings:

Table cream or all purpose cream (chilled) or whipped cream| if using whipped cream no need to chilled or freeze 1 can 7.6 0z. (1 cup)
Condensed milk 82g (1/4 cup)

Note:

I used table cream only because I know in the Philippines it’s easier for them to find table cream or all purpose cream than heavy cream. If you live here in the States you can just used the whipped cream or heavy cream and whipped it yourself. Add same amount of condensed milk to sweetened it a bit or less depending on how you like it. You can also use powdered sugar instead of condensed milk. The garnish is optional I just happen to have blueberry and mint that’s why I used it.

You can make this a day before just leave the meringue in the oven. Add the cream only before you serve it. You cannot refrigerate this dessert that means you need to make it and make sure you have enough people to share it with😂
