It is OK to experience dark thoughts, painful emotions, crazy fears and embarrassing moments. These things are natural, and they are hard enough to deal with without adding the extra a guilt trip to them!
So, I am officially inviting you to give yourself a break. I want you to comment below something you have carried with you, recent or from your past. Something that has made you feel ashamed or bad about who you are for any reason in the world. Let it out there!

You will be surprised to see how freeing it is to get this thing off your chest and how many people will relate!
I believe that by doing this practice we allow our energy to move on from these "stuck" places, allowing us to either to take care of our deeper wounds (never be afraid to ask for help if you need it!), or to learn and grow from them and move foreword.
