This is an excellent quality recording of The John Coltrane Quartet performing live in Stuttgart Germany in late 1963. The sound is perfect even in late 2021 and the performance is sublime nothing less could ever be expected from this very special quartet of musical perfectionists. And the audio recording is prefixed by a video of a TV broadcast from Dec 1963, which features this same quartet playing 3 songs live in a TV studio. It's a great introduction to the sound of "Trane" circa 1963. Please enjoy!
