A celebratory event, the Excellence in Long Term Care Awards honors a group of Maine’s most dedicated and inspiring long term care employees. This year, 20 long term care employees from across the state will be celebrated for the exemplary service and compassion they provide in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in the homes of their clients. Long term care facilities and agencies submitted over 80 nominations, and a panel of judges selected 20 nominees to receive this year’s awards. These caregivers are the trusted hands families rely on, serving individuals in their time of need with the highest standards and steadfast compassion.
