Japanese cheesecake /Gluten Free & Low Sugar/2023

Estaba buscando una receta del Cheesecake japonés para modificarla a libre de gluten y baja en azúcar. Para q las personas q son celiacas o diabéticas puedan disfrutar de estas dulces delicias. Encontré esta en yutube q hace un año tuvo màs de un millón de vistas. Crèditos para Delicious day por esta receta me encantó. Cambié la harina a una libre de gluten y usé (monk fruit) fruta del monje q es un sustituto de azúcar . Añadí vainilla y limón a la mezcla del queso para agregar un poco más de sabor.. Me fascinó el resultado quefó muy sabrosa, y lo mejor de todo q las personas con celiac y diabetes pueden consumirla sin riesgos. Espero sea de su agrado.
