In this compelling episode of The 411 Live, Beverly had the pleasure of speaking with Dionne Grayson, a remarkable author, business coach, mentor, and visionary leader. Dionne has been honored locally and featured in several national publications.

Dionne's journey of overcoming fear exemplifies the transformative power of studying, taking action, and practicing bravery. "There's no fear in love, and perfect love casts out fear." She lives by this statement and it underscores the significance of self-reflection, faith, and determination in conquering fears and pursuing personal growth.

One of the highlights of our conversation was Dionne's children's book series, which she described as a divine download. Despite not fully understanding the series initially, she trusted the process and later discovered its educational value through feedback from educators.

The series uses repetition and a predictable storyline to help children learn to read, featuring black children as main characters to address the lack of representation in children's literature.
