My low impact workouts are joint and knee friendly workouts. My low impact works are created with love, motivation and lots of encouragement.
I truly believe that exercise should be inclusive. Exercise should be E for everyone. We may not all be able to do the same types or same levels of exercise, but as a certified fitness instructor I want anyone who feels like they can’t work out to come to my channel and be proven wrong.
My workouts will lift your spirits, you might even laugh at my humor and give you the burst of energy you need to get through your day.
