杏仁粉 Almond flour 40g/ ¼ cup
奶油奶酪 Cream cheeses 60g/ 2 ounces
有鹽黃油 Softened salted butter 30g / 2 tbs
赤藻糖 Erythritol 15g/ 2 tbs
蛋白 Egg white 2
淡奶油 Heavy cream 45ml/ 3 tbs
泡打粉 Baking powder 5g/ 1 tsp
香草精 Vanilla extract 4 mL/ 1 tsp
香橙皮 Zest of orange
烤扁桃仁片 Baked sliced almonds 20g/ ¼ cup
微波爐 2分20秒 Microwave for 2 to 2 ½ min
