It's about turning a 25 year old ex-business radio into something useful on amateur radio 4 metre band.
Well no conversion at all. It's just a matter of reprogramming the matrix board for the frequencies you want. I put calling channel 70.450Mhz on ch1 & 70.475Mhz on channel 2.
After not remembering the RX programming procedure & thinking it was rx - 21.4Mhz like the VHF high band model (Doh!). I actually read the manual & its the rx frequency you want PLUS 10.7!
