The purpose of these exercises is to help you feel and recognize the center of the body.
This center is called the Dantian, sometimes referred to as the potential center of being.
The Dantian is located below the navel, inside the body. It is considered the center of balance, breathing, and energy.
What is the role of the Dantian ? It helps you stand with stability and grounding. It supports calm and deep breathing. It allows you to move with greater fluidity and less effort. It helps release tension, especially in the upper body.
The lower Dantian
The lower Dantian is the main point used in practice. By gently placing your attention on this area : the body becomes more balanced, movements feel more natural, posture becomes more stable,
and the mind becomes calmer.
