THE COMPANY

With the expertise earned from 40+ years of experience, AKASH started making a difference in manufacturing superior industrial Machinery since 2009 by developing:

Dry Vane Pump (DVP), High-quality two-lobe & three-lobe Roots Type Blowers & Boosters.
MANUFACTURE

Machining, fabrication, and assembly is carried out by skilled personnel at the company’s plant at Bahadurgarh. Modern CNC and VMC machines tool produce components for the blowers and the packages are fabricated and assembled in up-to-date workshops. Equipment is designed and built to API and ASME codes where appropriate.

Inspection is present at all stages of manufacture. Testing facilities include mechanical, performance, leak detection, vibration, noise, and hydrostatic pressure.

QUALITY

As would be expected from a manufacturer supplying many leading companies all over India, AKASH Blowers has established a rigorous quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Regular audits ensure that products supplied are of high quality and every blower is mechanically and performance tested before dispatch.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Qualified engineers design the blowers and packages using computer selection programs and the latest CAD technology. This ensures the optimum selection of blowers and ancillary equipment and the prompt submission of correct documentation.

Since 2009 AKASH Blowers has been supplying blowers and vacuum boosters to many leading process companies and sub-suppliers all over India. During this period, AKASH Blowers has built up an unrivaled experience in the design and manufacture of blowers handling many different gases in a wide variety of applications and operating conditions.
