Water-1/4 cup

Milk- 120 ml
Vinegar- 1tbsp
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Oil- 120ml
All purpose flour- 1.5 cup
Milk powder- 30gm
Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder- 1/2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Vanilla essence
Water if needed


Baking temperature

Bake it at 155°C for 60 minutes.
