Join me for a 45min full body barre BURN! This class focuses on building strength utilizing weights and blocks. No muscle is left untouched as we move through challenging compound strength exercises mixed with isolation & low impact barre + Pilates movements. Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun!! Take rest, modify + adjust weight as needed, this is your workout! Grab your weights and let’s get stronger together :)
Also I am testing out a different mic in this video and I am still learning how to use it / deciding if it is a good fit so I am sorry if the audio isn't as clear in this video!
