Today i am sharing kathiyawadi thali recipe in this thali i have prepared bharela karela nu shaak,mug,vagharela dahi marcha, rice and multigrain roti so friends try out this simple kathiyawadi thali here are all ingredients

• બજારના ના ભાવતા મલ્ટીગ્રેન લોટ ખાવા કરતા ...
1) Bharela karela
250 gram karela ( bitter gourd)
1 cuo gathiya(gujrati farsan)/besan flour
1/4 tsp turmeric
1.5 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1.5 tbsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1.5 tbsp jaggery (optional)
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp garam masalo
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds(variyali)
for temporing
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp hing
water as required
first peel all karela and fill with salt and lemon juice , let them for 10 minutes , After 10 minuites remove bitter water from karela and wash one time , put in cooker and make 1 whistle ,
2) mug nu shaak
1 bowl mug
2.5 bowl water ,
salt to taste
for temporing
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tsp hing
1/4 tsp dry fenugreek powder
1 medium tomato
1 green chilly
curry leaves
5 to 6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
coriander for garnishing
3) vagharela dahi marcha
2 green chilly
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp hing
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1 tbsp curd
1 tbsp coriander powder
4) rice
1 bowl rice
2 bowl water
5) roti
1 cup multigrain flour
water as required
1/2 tsp oil
ghee for applying on roti
