Ingredients:
-625 g GF flour mix
-3 TBSP Psyllium husk powder
-4.5 Tsp xanthin gum
-1 tsp salt
-4 tbsp melted butter
-Warm water
-Extra baking mix for rolling
Directions:
Make a psyllium gel with psyllium husk powder and 300 ml water.
Mix the flour, gum, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix the gel, flours, melted butter, and 150 ml water.
Mix to form a dough.
Divide into 9 pieces. Roll out like the video.
Use or cook the sheets of phyllo dough. Makes 9 sheets.
