This 30-minute Pilates sculpt workout is a full-body, low-impact strength session designed to deeply engage your core while building long, lean muscle. Using light dumbbells and controlled movements, this workout focuses on strength, stability, and mindful activation.
We’ll begin on the mat with targeted work for the thighs and glutes, then transition into shoulders, arms, and back, keeping the core engaged throughout. The workout continues with a standing Pilates sculpt series, followed by a slow, intentional core section on the mat. We’ll finish with a full-body stretch and cool down to release tension and support recovery.
