In this Kyoto vlog, I take the subway to Shijo, get an eyelash perm, buy fresh coffee beans, and walk through the streets toward Nishiki Market. I stroll through Nishiki Market, stop by *Nishiki Tenmangu Shrine* at the end of the arcade, and then go on a little taiyaki hunt on a cold day — the first taiyaki shop I wanted is closed, but I keep walking, explore small local shops, and finally find warm taiyaki at another place.
After my solo walk in Kyoto, I head back to my tiny apartment, make a simple cream stew as Japanese home cooking, and end the night quietly with decaf coffee and my rabbit, Anmitsu.
