Join me on a summer trip to Tokyo.
From Kyoto, I take the Shinkansen to the city and head straight to Shibuya for dinner at my favorite conveyor belt sushi spot. After that, I strolled through the bright streets — the crossing, the music, the crowd — it’s the lively side of Tokyo that never sleeps.

The next morning starts with a sweet strawberry daifuku, followed by a hearty Hamburg steak for lunch. I stop by Standard Products to look for souvenirs, then spend a slow afternoon relaxing at Miyashita Park before browsing vinyl records, grabbing coffee at Onibus Nakameguro, and visiting a friend’s house for dinner and long evening talks.
