Hero Bread and Buns: Glucose Testing the "Zero Net Carb" Claims

Over the last couple of months, the most requested bread review I've gotten from viewers is for Hero bread. Currently, Hero is partnering with Subway to offer their buns in a few test markets. Otherwise, their bread, buns, and tortillas are only available online.

In this video, I not only review the bread and buns and let you know if I feel they are worth their premium price, I also wind up doing a lot more in the way of glucose testing than I had planned on.
