Change Name on Nortel phone

A quick and simple video on how to change the name on the Nortel Norstar phone. This is also referred to as the "Set Name".

The name that appears on other's phone sets when a particular station is calling is called the "Set Name". For instance "Donna calling". DONNA is the set name.

If your set only shows numbers i.e. "222 calling'. That means the set names have not been programmed and you are free to do so.
