Oru West Local govt. Executive Chairman Engr. Ikenna Anthony Adikibe (Ome Ire Agụ II) Children's Day

The Executive Chairman of Oru west/ALGON Chairman Imo State Engr. Ikenna Anthony Adikibe (Ome Ire Agụ II) Hosts today's Children's Day in grand style, as more than 30 Schools both Primary and Secondary came for the May 27 Children's Day Celebration Here in Oru West Local government council.

The Education Secretary Mrs. Ifunanya Asoegwu read the opening speech from the Chairman IMSUBEB, followed by the Chairman's opening Speech 💬 which goes inline by the Chairman reading the Presidency Speech 💬 and his own which centers on Enabling education environment for our people which is his utmost desire and pleasure, he informed the teeming crowd that soon Rehabilitation, building of New classrooms will commence in all school 🏫 as the Executive Governor of Imo State has promised to rebuild our schools and make it an envy among other states, He received salute 🫡 from school matches.

The Chairperson Oru west Mrs. Barr. Udoma Shops Adikibe hosted the children real big with various gift items, which left the children amazed, happy and wished everyday to be 🎁 Children's day.

The Leader of the House Hon. Casmir Onukaeze led the councils ten Legislators, the DAGS Mrs. Okereke MC. led the local government Staffs.

The Vice Chairman Prince Okwy Casmir Obi, the Local government Secretary Hon. Tonna Obioha, Hon. Mrs. Ify Obi-Ejimofor Supervisory Councilor for Education and Social welfare, the Supervisory Councilor for youth Hon. Joseph Maduka, The Liaison Officer Oru west Mr. Ike Abbie, Chief Emma Akubueze and others were all in attendance to celebrate 🥂🥳 our kids.

Various Prizes given to First position, Second and Third from both schools system, and other consolidated prizes for those that performed from the Chairman Oru west.

It was indeed a memorable occassion.
