While the Pesado Gravity Distributor has an adjustable height, it’s not always necessary to change the setting between different types of coffee. This eliminates yet another variable, helping you replicate great results over and over. Just set your height for the day and you’re done.

Static/retention of coffee grounds on the surface of the Pesado and reverse spinning in-effectiveness were not observed with the Pesado. However - as mentioned in the video - if spun too fast - the Pesado Gravity will spin-off off orbit and the plane the filter basket provides.
