Meet the Director of Nursing, Ms. Thomoya Mcpherson from Hopkins Center, one of Grandison's partnered facilities. She shared the culture at their facility and the working environment as it is fast paced. First thing that they do before their shift is having a meeting to communicate with every one and make sure that everyone is calibrated. They provide training for new nurses which takes 4-6 weeks minimum depending on their experiences.
