I'm excited for you to try this 30 Minute Full-body Pilates Class featuring one of my favorite pieces of equipment- the Mini Ball!
While Equipment is always optional, I highly recommend adding a mini ball to your routine. It's affordable, super versatile and really helps you activate those deep stabilizing muscles even more by challenging your balance.
This pilates session will leave you feeling strong, centered and energized and I hope you'll love it!
