UPDATE: Retired Couple has been trying to EVICT first floor Tenant for 19 MONTHS!

There are tons of disabled people on this channel. I am one of them, you may be too. We have limitations. There are things we can and can not do. However, we do the things we can do to compensate for the things we can't do. We strive to improve our lives on a daily basis...Why? It's called survival! When you sit down and wait for a handout, you are going to find yourself alone and miserable because no one is out looking to make your life easier.
People like this lady really irritate me. She did not do a single thing to assist in the situation. She has not paid rent for 19 months, she should have plenty of money to move. She doesn't even feel bad that she is draining this couple that rely on the income from that unit. She is bitter they are able to take a vacation to Florida. She is bitter she has to live off her SSI. But does she? Has she tried anything? I bet there are lots of small things she could do to make her life better.
She also exaggerates her illness to the point it is not even believable. This hurts her and others who have legitimate illnesses.
I hope Judge Simpson gives her the kick in the rear she needs to take control of her life.
